The use of AutoBotec.net engineering resources and repositories constitutes acceptance of the following operational framework established for software deployment.
1. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Deployment
AutoBotec provides asynchronous access to cloud infrastructures and custom platforms under a general 99.9% uptime commitment. However, processing times in intensive AI tasks (training or database vectorization) may vary.
2. Codebase Intellectual Property
Exclusive Client IP
All custom "tailor-made" code, logical models, or algorithms will become the absolute property of the commercial owner upon project settlement.
Shared Core Modules
AutoBotec retains ownership of core schemas (generic pre-assembled UI), granting the client perpetual use under a Private Commercial License.
3. Algorithmic Liability Limitation
Warning on AI Autonomy
Although we employ the most advanced inference paradigms, any generative AI system or commercial bot ("Copilot") is susceptible to hallucinations or irregular interpretations. In no event shall AutoBotec be liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of AI predictions.
4. Terminations & Excessive Loads
We reserve the right to throttle or deny API services if a client deliberately provokes DDOS attacks or abuses encrypted endpoints. Commercial SaaS licenses renew monthly and can be canceled without penalty post-contract.
